I remember renting some anime videos from albertsons a couple of years ago, maybe 4-5 years?
I don't remember clearly but it was about this schoolgirl and she is also this kind of superhero at night (???) and she fights villans (kinda like sailor moon). There is also this guy at her school and i'm not sure if she liked him or it was the other way around, but he tries to capture the girl but he doesn't know its his classmate. I remember one scene where they are trapped in this crying gas and he hugs her too protect her. Also there is this part where it was like costume day at her school and everyone dressed like the girl.

Sorry its unclear, but does anybody recognize this?
