I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-T5...
IPB Image
&& I absolutely HATE it ><

I tried pressing on the flower (right side), which supposedly takes the detail and even tried to hold my camera in the same place after taking the picture.

My pictures still turn out blurry...is there a trick I'm missing out on or something!?!?

How do u even take a presentable picture without flash? My pics are always blurry w/o flash and orange-ish with flash. YUCK

HELP!!! Ideas?!

the reason for the bluriness is low lighting
so you would either need to use flash or get a tripod

Maybe just let me know how to turn it on and I'll try it?

I figure, you can't really complain about a camera unless you know about the photography and how to take pictures with a camera in the first place. Just mess with it and read the manual and stuff and maybe you'll rethink about your camera and how "bad" it is.

I tried everything you mentioned. The same thing happens over and over again. ><

I read everything the camera provided, and I even noticed others getting the same quality as mine.
However, I believe this camera should be able to take clear pictures.
I have seen the pictures from a lil higher than 5.1mp, and trust me, they have such a big diff.
I mean, quality and everything so different that u would never believe it came from the same brand and type of camera. wacko.gif

pictures shouldn't really matter with MP size unless u blow it up
it depends on the lens that the camera uses
try setting up a tripod and taking some pictures, if it comes out blurry than it has to be something else

Yeah I have a 1.3mp Olympus that takes really sharp pictures. It all has to do with the lenses and the quality of the CCD.

Everyone hates sony, but they make a decent camera. If you take pictures outside they come out sharp right?

The best way to guarantee a sharp picture is to set the quick timer and place it on a flat surface like your desk or put it on a tripod. Sonys seem to do horrible in low light situations the slightest movement will make a blurry picture.

Wow, I totally thought it was the MP problem! LOL, silly mee XD
I tried using the timer and set it on a flat surface, but it still comes out blurry 99% of the time. O.o
Thanks for the suggestion though!!

Sorry for asking...but, what is CCD?
I actually like the camera's design, but the blurry pictures just piss me off soo much!
Sometimes, the pictures are sooo blurry they are just blobs (Even when I used the timer!!! ><)
As for the light...I'm not quite sure, b/c I took pics in pitch dark rooms (with flash) and the pictures actually didn't turn out that bad
I also tried taking pics in the morning and the pics are still blurry (without flash)

CCD is basically the retina of the camera...

See?

So your camera

You have it in the auto mode right?

When you're taking normal pictures it looks like this?

You do hold the shutter button for a little bit before pushing it all the way to focus first right?
O_oa maybe your camera is just defective or you have the world's most oily finger print across your lens...
