When buying electronics which do you prefer, something that looks nice, but doesnt have as many features, or something that has more features, but doesn't look as nice?

Hmmm, I think I'm more of a style at first glance person. At least that is what I find when I shop around for electronics. I tend to go to the more stylish looking ones.

But I've been trying to balance myself out by making sure it has the features I want and will use. I like style + function.

honestly i don't even use the phone's functions. it's just there for show lol.

I go for substance, and end up having style.. because.. I am awesome.. and I lead trends or something(ya right).

i like style because i wouldnt want a bulky electronic device. itd be a hassle to look at or carry it around.

Substance, style is somewhat important but it is absolutely pointless if doesn't do what its designed to do

I would always go for a 50/50, but if I had to choose. It would be substance because I would like it to work and not crap out on me in couple of months. But if it's really bulky, then a no no, unless it's the Hero.

more style than function. i probably wouldn't use all the functions anyway, so as long as it works all right, i'd buy it because of style. if it had nice features but was really ugly... i probably wouldn't even consider it, considering the fact i probably wouldn't use half those features anyway.

It's more style for me, I never use all the functions of an item anyway; I tend to just use the most basic ones. For example, with cell phones, all I really need is to be able to make calls, text message and it has to have an adress book and has to be easy to text message with. A camera is a plus, and that's really all I want.

Also I usually initially take a look at style. It's more of a way to glance through many many different products. I don't want something that does a lot but looks crappy doing it.
