Some people say WPA, I say thats a pain in the butt.
Your router manuals should cover how to do the setup but if you can't figure it out... I will try to help after my finals today.

go into internet explorer
type "192.168.0.1" (in most cases)
popup box comes up asking for username and password (default is admin and put nothing in the password) and then press enter
go to wireless
then things should be pretty much self explanatory
