I think I have a virus on my computer but it's not effecting it very much. ( I can't delete it but I deleted it's "helpers" I think) Ever since I got a virus, my Ipod has been freezing though, so I think that my Ipod now has a virus. I reformatted it twice and erased it, but I think that when I update from my computer, the virus goes back into it. So if I reformat my computer, do you think it'll work for my Ipod also? Help please!

Hey sammy, I'm sorry I couldn't help you with that cursed file that wouldn't go away, so I'll try extra hard to help you here . When does your Ipod freeze? Does it freeze when you connect it to the computer, or just when you are using it normally? (Reformatting your computer is a last ditch effort and should be left until everything has been tried).

It freezes right after I connect it and take it out, and when I use it (like every other song lol). and then when it freezes, it has little lines going through the screen and it won't respond, but it would still play.

I think I'll have to reformat my computer just to get everything new again. I hope it works for my Ipod.
