Psp File Formats how to convert mulitple files into an ISO

hey guys! i need help!! sad.gif

i dl a few psp games, but it came out in mulitple unknown files. i've tried everything but i cant get it to work. okiie so obviously i need to combine all these files into a single ISO file. but i cant seem to do it!

pls, would someone help? sad.gif
