My computer has this virtual memory problem.It always says I have low virtual memory
I wonder how can i check this virtual memory and how to make it higher....
Please help me...thank you!

ermm, try deleting all your cookies and temp internet files?

If you set your minimum and maximum values of the virtual memory the same, you shouldn't get those prompts anymore.
1. Right click on My Computer
2. Select Properties
3. Go to the Advanced tab
4. Click on Settings under the Performance section
5. Go to the Advanced tab
6. Under the Virtual memory section, click on Change
7. Look at the bottom of the window, and you will see the Recommended total paging file size for all drives
8. Insert that number in the text boxes labeld Initial size and Maximum size
9. Click on Set
