That isn't G-Dragon, his nose and lips are shaped differently. I guarantee you that this isn't G-Dragon. He doesn't smoke, the rumors were started due to a picture of G-Dragon chewing on a straw, and it was mistaken for a cigarette. He doesn't smoke.
