2NE1 "Ugly" Without MR (Music Recorded)

Currently 2NE1‘s performance of “Ugly” without MR (Music Recorded) is gaining a lot of attention. Getting rid of Music Recorded changes the sound so that the singer’s voice can be heard better. In the past, the MR would be removed from a live performance in order to critcize a singer, but nowadays it’s used mostly to prove that a singer is actually good at singing.

On August 1^st, 2NE1’s “Ugly” performance without the MR appeared on an online message board. The clip is of their performance on SBS’ “Inkigayo.” 

Netizens who have come across the clip have stated, “Their talent has been proven,” “they really have powerful vocals,” “2NE1 is the best.” 

2NE1 will have their first exclusive concert “NOLZA” from August 26^th to August 28^th.
