Asian Artists Brave the Rain for the 2011 Asia Song Festival

This year the Asia Song Festival was held in the city of Daegu at the Daegu Stadium on October 15. It was a rainy night that brought interruptions to the event but the invited groups of Asian artists warmed up the night with their energetic performances.

The list of artists from Korea included: Lee Seung Gi, BEAST, G.NA, miss A, U-KISS, Super Junior, and SNSD. Perfume and AAA represented Japan, while Peter Ho came from Taiwan. Leo Ku and BiBi Chou represented Hong Kong and China, respectively. Tata Young from Thailand completed the round of Asian artists.

In related news, Super Junior’s Donghae and SNSD’s Seo Hyun collaborated on the festival’s theme song, “Dreams Come True.” The song is being made available as a digital single from which the proceeds will be donated to UNICEF to help children in East Africa.
