Girls Day Hyeri's First Try at Acting

Hyeri, the youngest member of Girls Day, has been cast for an upcoming SBS weekend drama “Father and Daughter.” In the show, Hyeri will play “Jang Mi Hyun,” a high school student and the youngest daughter in the family. Although Jang Mi Hyun is the youngest of the four daughters, she is mature and most understanding towards her father. 

An official from “Father and Daughter” commented, “Although this is only her first time acting, we saw the potential in her. Her cute, lovely looks will compliment the character’s positive attitude and appeal to the viewers.” 

“Father and Daughter” is a story about an ex-police officer father who is now a Korean cuisine chef and his four daughters’ struggles and successes in love, marriage, past incidents, and other everyday family life struggles. Lim Chae Moo, Yoon Jung Hee, Yoo Da In, and Park Yoon Jae are also cast for the show. “Father and Daughter” will first air on April 21 on SBS. 

Girls Day is also preparing to make a come back in April. It looks like April will be a happy month for many Girls Day fans!
