Jang Geun Suk to Commence Japanese Tour
Jang Geun Suk, the star of popular dramas such as “You’re Beautiful” and “Beethoven Virus”, will begin a Japanese fan tour in Fukuoka this Friday. The tour, which is titled “Where Is Your Star?”, will consist of five shows in four cities throughout Japan, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Kobe, and Yokohama.
The tickets sold out as soon as they went on sale. An additional show in Yokohama had been added to the tour for the fans who had not been able to purchase tickets for his other shows.
Jang will greet his fans and discuss his new drama, “Mary Stayed Out All Night”, in which he stars with Moon Geun Young. For the first time ever, he will sing a song from the “Mary Stayed Out All Night” soundtrack.
“I am really happy and excited about my upcoming tour since I will be able to update my fans as well as talk about my new drama,” said Jang.
As in “You’re Beautiful”, Jang will again portray an indie rocker in “Mary Stayed Out All Night”. Jang plays the role of Kang Moo Kyul, a tough rocker who begins to date Wi Mae Ri, a stubborn woman with little dating experience. “Mary Stayed Out All Night” debuted on November 8 on KBS2.
