Jang Geun Suk's Japanese Tour Tickets Sells Out in Five Minutes

Jang Geun Suk’s popularity does not seem to have a limit as he managed to set a new record on his career as a hallyu star. The tickets for the tour “2011 Jang Geun Suk in Japan Always Close To You” that will be held in October were sold out in only five minutes. 

Jang Geun Suk’s company, 3J, declared, “The tour will be held in three cities and will start in Nagoya on October 20, from 22 to 23 Jang Geun Suk will be in Osaka, on 25 and 26 in Tokyo. The tickets went on sale on September 24 but they were sold out in five minutes for a total of 60,000 seats.”

The concept of this tour will be “Jang Geun Suk that lives in a fairy tale-like forest”. It will feature the narration of a story combined with different shows and live performances, similar to a musical. He will sing ballad and dance songs, including his Japanese debut single “Let Me Cry” that reached the number one spot on the Oricon Chart.

The comments from fans and netizens were positive, “He must be incredibly famous if he was able to sell 60,000 seats in five minutes”.

Jang Geun Suk recently started shooting for a new drama “Love Rain” alongside SNSD‘s YoonA.
