Lee Hyori's Mother's Outcry When She Found Out about Her Relationship with Lee Sang Soon

As previously reported, Lee Hyori recorded two episodes of SBS “Healing Camp,” hosted by Lee Kyung Gyu, Han Hye Jin, and Kim Jae Dong, where she shared her personal thoughts and stories. In tonight’s episode, she talked about her mother’s outcry when she found out about her relationship with Lee Sang Soon.

In last week’s episode, Lee Hyori revealed, “When I first met Lee Sang Soon, he was far from the type I liked.” However in the upcoming episode, she stated, “When I visited his home several years later, the feelings changed.” She continued, “After we went public, the one unexpected response we got from was my mother. She let out an outcry, and even Lee Sang Soon’s mother showed tears.”

Lee Hyori also expressed her discomfort in the phrase “beauty and the beast” to describe her and Lee Sang Soon. She declared, “He’s actually a very good-looking boyfriend.”

“Healing Camp” will air the second episode featuring Lee Hyori tonight, April 23, at 11:15PM KST.
