Wheesung to Enter Military on November 7

Wheesung is scheduled to enter the military this November 7. He is also set to release his new mini-album on October 10, a few weeks before he leaves for his two-year military service. Wheesung will be promoting the titular track off the album, “The Guys Are Coming.”  The track is said to be “a dramatic hip-hop R&B track that brings out Wheesung’s vocals.”

Representatives from Wheesung’s agency said that Wheesung will be entering the Chungnam, Noksan military training camp, on November 7. They added that because of the enlistment, Wheesung’s promotional activities for his upcoming album will be cut short.

Wheesung will have a concert with Kim Taewoo titled “2011 TWO MEN SHOW – SOUL TWINS” scheduled on November 5 and 6. From there, Wheesung will head off for military enlistment the following day. “2011 TWO MEN SHOW – SOUL TWINS” will serve as a farewell event for Wheesung and his fans.
