Super Junior’s Shindong Talks About His Double Eyelid Surgery

Super Junior members Eunhyuk and Shindong both have recently been accused of having double eyelid surgery. On the September 6 episode of SBS’ “Strong Heart” both Super Junior members received many compliments for their fit figures. To which Shindong teased, “Once I lost weight, I began to naturally develop double eyelids.” His comment caused the studio audience to erupt with laughter as he joked about his cosmetic surgery.

Lee Seung Gi Sings a Break-Up Song at a Wedding?

SBS’ “Strong Hear” aired their Chuseok Special on September 6th where Noh Joo Hyun revealed his past with Lee Seung Gi. Lee Seung Gi and Noh Joo Hyun acted together in the KBS drama “Famous Princesses”. From there Noh Joo Hyun had asked Lee Seung Gi to perform at his daughter’s wedding. Instead of performing the typical hopeful love song, Seung Gi decided to sing a break-up song! Noh Joo Hyun commented about the faux pas saying, “People asked, ‘This is a wedding. Why is the song about breaking up?’”

KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" Records Lowest TV Ratings

As unfortunate as it is, drama "Spy Myeong Wol" is, as critics put it, "a work without wings." On Sept. 5, KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" was reported to have hit a viewer rating of 4.9%, according to AGB Nielsen’s statistics. It had always maintained a steady rate of 5-6%, but towards the end, the percentage dropped closer to 4%.

Recently UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) Octagon Girl Arianny Celeste was in Seoul for a photo-shoot. While there the model attended a taping of “Star King” with UFC Fighter Chan Sung Jung (aka the Korean Zombie) to promote the growing sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and UFC to an international audience and those who might be unfamiliar with it. Afterwards Arianny made the rounds taking pictures with various celebrities backstage. She posed for several photos with MC Kang Ho Dong, Ahn Young Mi, Shorry J, Dana, Lee Teuk and Korean Zombie.

Drama "The Musical" to Begin Airing, What About Fellow Music Drama "What’s Up"?

The recent decision had been made that SBS’ program “Dalgona” was to be cancelled, with that the station had searched for a replacement finally deciding on “The Musical”. The drama is expected to start on September 2nd and will air every Friday. With this news the production team will pick-up and continue shooting from where the drama left off, as it had been put on hold, finishing things up before the show actually airs.
