Wonder Girls Named Honorary Ambassador for Korean Food

On September 5, the Korean Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries announced that Wonder Girls are appointed the new ambassador of Korean food. The Ministry hopes that Wonder Girls will help make the taste
and the brilliance of Korean food more well-known in foreign countries.

SBS Pop-Asia on SBS (Special Broadcasting Service)

For the first time in Australia, Asian pop program, “SBS PopAsia”, was aired on September 4 on SBS for 2 hours (from 8:30 to 10:30). “SBS PopAsia” is a program that focuses on Asian music. (In order to prevent confusion, SBS is not "Seoul Broadcasting Service" it is "Special Broadcasting Service" that is based in Australia. It is a hybrid-funded Australian public broadcasting radio and television network. The stated purpose of SBS is "to provide multilingual and multicultural radio and television services that inform, educate and entertain all Australians and, in doing so, reflect Australia’s multiculturalsociety.")

Wonder Girls Are Rocker Chicks in Cosmopolitan Korea

Fresh from their two-night performance with labelmates, “JYP Nation in Japan,” the Wonder Girls share photos of them that will be featured in the September issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine. For the Cosmopolitan shoot, the Wonder Girls exude fierce, hard-rocker styles that are remarkably different from their usual feminine and retro concepts.

JYP Nation Holds First Concert in Japan

JYP Entertainment held its first Japanese concert, “JYP Nation in Japan,” at the Saitama Super Arena on August 17th. For over three hours, all of the top JYP artists, including Park Jin Young, 2AM, 2PM, miss A, Wonder Girls, JOO, Lim Jung Hee, and San E, went on stage to perform live and captivate the hearts of more than 12,000 fans in attendance. Although most of these artists have not made their official debut in Japan yet, more than 400 press members from 200 media outlets came to cover the event, proving once again K-Pop’s growing presence across the world.
