Actress Kim Min-sun has been invited to the Mayenne Korean Film Festival.
The French Association has been hosting the film festival to mark the 120th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and France from March 14 to 28 in Mayenne, west of Paris.
Kim’s agent Brodin Entertainment said that the festival organizer invited Kim because she stars in the closing movies of the festival such as “Low Life” and “A Ghost Story in a Girls’ High School.” Kim will head for France on March 24 and return home in early April.
The Korean actress will receive acknowledgement from the mayor of the French city. A total of about 40 Korean films, including “April Snow,” “Seopyonje” and “The Way to Home” will be screened during the festival.
