‘Marrying the Mafia III: Gamuneui Buhwal’ invited to Hawaii International Film Festival

The comedy film ‘Marrying the Mafia III: Gamuneui Buhwal (Resurrection of the Family)’ will go to the Hawaii International Film Festival.

‘Marrying the Mafia III: Gamuneui Buhwal (Resurrection of the Family)’ was invited to the 26th annual Hawaii International Film Festival that is to be held throughout Hawaii from October 19th to November 5th. It is the first Korean comedy film to be invited to the film festival.

‘Marrying the Mafia III: Gamuneui Buhwal (Resurrection of the Family)’ gathered 1.25 million to the box office during its first week after its opening on the 21st, and is maintaining the top box office position during the Choosuk holiday season beating ‘Tazza (The War of Flower),’ ‘Radio Star,’ ‘Jal Sarahboseh (Mission Sex Control),’ ‘Gumiho Gajok,’ and others.

Meanwhile, prior to ‘Marrying the Mafia III: Gamuneui Buhwal (Resurrection of the Family),’ ‘Marrying the Mafia II: Gamunui Wigi (Crisis of the Family)’ was nominated for the ‘Family Love’ category along with Korean movies ‘Umma (Mom’s Way),’ ‘Gajok (A Family),’ and others at the Tokyo International Film Festival.
