There has been intense competition lately among stars to get the male lead for drama, “Mischievous Kiss.”

The drama, “Mischievous Kiss,” which is scheduled to be broadcasted in the 2nd half of this year, is a drama based off a Japanese comic that sold 27 million copies in Japan alone.

Young actors who are currently gaining a lot of attention, such as Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong and Jung Yong Hwa, are some of the actors being considered for the role of the male lead.

Lee Min Ho has already revealed his intentions stating, “I have no plans to take part.” This leaves Kim Hyun Joong, with a successful acting debut in “Boys Over Flowers,” and Jung Yong Hwa who also gained a lot of popularity through the drama, “You’re Beautiful” as well as through his group activities with CNBLUE.
