Jang Geun Suk announced today that he will add another concert to the “2011 Jang Geun Suk ‘The CRI Show’ Live in Taiwan” this weekend. Tickets to the first concert sold out in less than 30 minutes, and upon popular demand, an additional concert was decided. The concerts will be held on June 24th and 25th in front of more than 8,000 fans.
“All concerts during the Asian Tour was supposed to be held once, but all the staff members and Jang Geun Suk himself were completely shocked to see so many Taiwanese fans request another concert. Jang Geun Suk was very excited to see all the support and he’s preparing that much harder for the additional concert,” an official from YTREE Media, the organizer of the event, said in a statement.
Jang Geun Suk added, “I’m always thankful for the love and support the fans show me and I will do my best to do even better in the future. I’m so happy to get to see my Taiwanese fans again.”
The “2011 Jang Geun Suk Asian Tour The CRI Show” has been held in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia so far. For the concerts in Taiwan, Jang Geun Suk is expected to include a performance of his first Japanese single “Let Me Cry,” which topped the Japanese Oricon Chart upon release.
