JYJ’s Junsu will join the OST production of upcoming SBS drama, “Scent of a Woman,” and make a special cameo appearance as well. This would be his first TV drama appearance.
Junsu will appear as his real-life character “Junsu” on the fifth episode of the show, scheduled to air on August 6th. His scene will include going on a date with Yeon Jae (played by Kim Sun Ah) while singing a song and taking pictures with her. In particular, since his role is a superstar musician, Junsu is expected to have a concert scene in the show as well. In fact, Junsu’s fan café is inviting fans to attend the filming of the concert right now.
“With the support of Junsu, the overall quality of the OST will only get better. We hope you will also enjoy Junsu’s cameo role. It will be very refreshing and new to the viewers,” the production crew was quoted as saying.
“Scent of a Woman,” starring Kim Sun Ah and Lee Dong Wook, is about the relationship between a woman who lives a time-limited life due to cancer and a rich man who struggles to find the desire to live. The first episode of the show will air on July 23rd.
