“A Thousand Days’ Promise” ramps up on its promotions as it anticipates its premiere next week. The drama starring Kim Rae Won and Su Ae has released more stills and its second teaser trailer, building up from the 30-second first glimpse released at the end of September.
The second teaser further drums up the melancholic feel of the melodrama. It also briefly introduces other characters who appear to complicate the love and relationship of the two leads.
In “A Thousand Days’ Promise,” Soo Ae plays Suh Yeon, a woman who is slowly losing her memory. Kim Rae Won plays Ji Hyung. This is his first project after his mandatory military service. The drama is written by Kim Soo Hyun, who is famed for writing such acclaimed melodramas as 2010’s “Life Is Beautiful.”
“A Thousand Days’ Promise” airs Mondays and Tuesdays on SBS, beginning October 17.
