T-ara‘s Eunjung, who is currently starring in JTBC‘s special weekend drama series, “Queen Insoo“, recently revealed through an interview that juggling acting and singing side-by-side is T-ara’s most unique charm and specialty.
On November 18th, Eunjung underwent a short interview while on set of “Queen Insoo”. She expressed, “I think being able to act and sing side-by-side is a charm that separates T-ara from the rest of the idol groups.”
When asked, “Isn’t it hard having your acting schedules back-to-back with your comeback promotions?” Eunjung answered, “I actually just got back from recording our comeback performance. It is difficult, but I believed this was an opportunity I couldn’t miss.”
She continued, “Member Hyomin is also doing well with her MBC drama, ‘Gyebaek‘. I feel that the image of our members working hard on both our acting and singing is a charm that can only be seen in T-ara.”
Not only is Eunjung acting in this drama, but she is also a regular cast for MBC’s variety show program, “We Got Married“, in which she’s a married couple with actor Lee Jang Woo.
When asked if she has any jealous feelings towards Lee Jang Woo’s female counterpart (Park Min Young) in his drama, “Man of Honor”, Eunjung jokingly answered, “I’m gonna stick a picture of my first night with Prince Dowon (Baek Sung Hyun) on the fridge of our newly weds’ house.”
“Queen Insoo” unravels a story about Queen Dowager Insoo and former Queen consort Yoon dreaming of stepping out of their social positions as females to become the greatest power holders of the Joseon Dynasty by forming both good and evil-intentioned relationships with the first ever Queen of the Joseon Dynasty, Queen Jung Hee.
