Rapper Bang Yong Guk has finally been confirmed to debut in a six member idol group called B.A.P.
On December 19, Bang Yong Guk’s management said, “B.A.P. will debut in January of next year. B.A.P. stands for ‘Best,’ ‘Absolute,’ and ‘Perfect.'”
With a pretty much self-explanatory name, B.A.P. will be a six member group including Bang Yong Guk, Zelo and Him Chan.
Sources from TS Entertainment say, “We have much ambition for B.A.P. We are planning to reveal projects that will shock the world.”
Bang Yong Guk has been pretty active in the entertainment industry for a while. He was featured in Song Ji Eun’s “Going Crazy,” followed by his solo debut song “I Remember” featuring BEAST‘s Yoseob. More recently he released a single “Never Give Up” as a unit with Zelo. He is also a part of the “Lulu Lala” TV variety show cast.
