2PM‘s Wooyoung received a special gift from his fans just before he officially starts the promotion of his first solo album, “23, Mail, Single.” 11 of Wooyoung’s online fan communities have come together to prepare a wrapping bus and video billboard advertisements to promote his upcoming album.
The fan communities funded to run a bus wrapped with Wooyoung’s picture from first solo title song “Sexy Lady“s album jacket throughout Seoul on July 5 from 11am to 8pm. Moreover, they have prepared over 100 times of video billboard advertisements playing Wooyoung’s teaser videos in the center of Korea’s two largest cities, Seoul and Busan, starting from July 5.
Wooyoung commented, “I cannot be more thankful. I tried my best to look at myself and this album from my fans’ perspective in preparing this solo album. My fans were all I could think of. I’m going to do my best.” Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment is also conducting a series of promotional events for Wooyoung’s solo album “23, Male, Single,” displaying large billboards of Wooyoung’s album jacket pictures in bus stops and major subway stations in Seoul.
