Rain Wins the Lawsuit Made Against Him by Concert Planner for $265,000

In March 2012, an Australian agency that managed singer Rain’s concert in Australia in 2007 sued Rain, Well Made Star M Co, and JYP Entertainment for the lack of cooperation during the concert. The Australian agency claimed that the damage cost them approximately 2.5 million dollars.

In response in July 2012, Rain made a counterclaim of $265,000, which was part of the guarantee Rain was promised but was not paid.

Recently, the judge ruled, “There is no clear evidence that Rain did not cooperate during the Australian concert. Therefore, the Australian agency must pay the full amount owed to Rain.”

Meanwhile, Rain has recently received a lot of attention due to his involvement with actress Kim Tae Hee, as well as his misuse of vacation time from his current mandatory military service.
