On May 7 at the press conference for the upcoming film “After Earth” (directed by Night Shyamalan), actor Will Smith revealed his thoughts on Korea and its artists.
He stated, “After arriving in Korea we visited ‘YG Entertainment’ yesterday. We met with a lot of artists including G-Dragon. The Korea we see from overseas is amazing and artistic. And it is full of creativity.”
Will Smith also added playfully, “I wanted to visit because Korean women are beautiful. Korea feels like PSY’s ‘mother father gentleman.’”
Meanwhile, film “After Earth,” originally known as “1000 A. E.,” is a science fiction thriller with main characters General Cypher Raige, played by Will Smith, and his son Kitai, who is played by Will Smith’s real-life son Jaden Smith.
