It was revealed that Big Star member Baram recently appeared in a cameo role on KBS 2TV’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Future Choice” (written by Hong Jin Ah and directed by Kwon Gye Hong and Yoo Jong Seon).
Baram appeared on October 15’s second episode broadcast of “Future Choice” as leader of idol group JG Chang Gong, catching the eyes of viewers.
In the drama, he plays Chang Gong, the leader of an idol group, who gets caught driving without a licence and ends up facing public criticism. He issues a public apology for his actions to a crowd of reporters gathered in front of the police station, stating, “I am sorry to the fans as well as to the public.”
Fans who caught the broadcast responded, “Of all the attractive idols, who could it be? Kekeke Big Star’s Baram!,” “Is it really Big Star’s Baram?!,” “Feeldog and now Baram… trying out acting?,” “With cameos from Big Star’s Baram and Shin Bo Ra, ‘Future Choice’ is actually interesting!,” “You shouldn’t drive without a licence~”
Monday-Tuesday “new time slip” drama “Future Choice” stars actor Lee Dong Gun, Yoon Eun Hye, Jung Yong Hwa, Han Chae Ah, Go Du Shim and Choi Myung Gil and is attracting viewers through its new and unusual story telling method. The gist of the story is that “for my sake, the future me travels back in time to look for me and gives me advice to what choices I should make to change my destiny.”
Big Star (made up of Feeldog, Baram, Raehwan, Sunghak, and Jude) have begun working on a new album, which they plan to release in the second half of this year. They are also active on various variety programs and performing overseas.
