Female duo Jevice (Hana and Juri) will be releasing their first mini-album “Like A Dream” (“L.A.D”).
According to their agency, Dream Tea Entertainment, on December 3, Jevice will be coming back after 10 months with their first ever mini-album “L.A.D,” with a total of four songs. Their debut song “I’ll Love” released last July and “Cause of U” released in February this year will be included in the mini-album, along with two new songs, “Don’t Answer the Phone” and “Those Were the Days.”
The title song “Don’t Answer the Phone” talks about the feelings of a woman who knows she has to forget about her ex-boyfriend but still ends up picking up the phone. The acoustic arrangement of the song contributed to the sorrow expressed by the lyrics of the mid-tempo ballad.
The song was written and produced by rookie lyricist Tina and KAVE, a producing team made up of talented musicians and songwriters. KAVE also participated in planning, arranging, recording and mixing the song to bring out Jevice’s unique flavor.
“Those Were the Days” is a pop ballad is a song that talks about being unable to apologize and forgive one another for small mistakes in the past, and reminiscing about those times now. This song was written by Nam Ki Sang, who has previously written Girls’ Day songs, “Sparkling Sparkling,” “Hug Me Once,” “Don’t Forget Me,” “Expectation” and “Female President.”
Jevice revealed, “The title song and new song on this mini-album will touch your heart especially during the cold winter season. We will consistently release great songs, and we hope to receive a lot of love and support.”
