KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Song” will resume its recordings after it was stopped for about three weeks in light of the Sewol Ferry incident.
According to a KBS representative, the program’s weekly filming has started up again on the afternoon of May 4 at KBS Hall.
This recent recording of “Immortal Song” was for a ‘Family Month Special’ episode. The special will be celebrating Korea’s “Family Month,” which is during the month of May. This special has been in preparation and has been planned over a long period of time. The episode will proceed without the appearance of a guest legend.
A total of six teams will be competing on the ‘Family Month Special,’ including Wheesung, Gummy, Jo Sung Mo, Seo Young Eun, Kim Jin Ho (SG Wannabe), Orange Caramel, Yumi, and more.
Jo Sung Mo, Seo Young Eun, and Orange Caramel are receiving attention, as it is their first time officially appearing on the show. Viewers are looking forward to watching these singers’ performances because they all have their own unique vocal colors.
A representative of the show stated, “Immortal Song’s ‘Family Month Special’ will consist of songs that will provide comfort and warmth to the viewers.”
Although the recording has been completed, the actual broadcast of the ‘Family Month Special’ is still undecided due to the ferry accident.
