It’s that time of year again with your favorite Korean celebrities sending you their Lunar New Year greetings. This year is the year of the sheep and Lunar New Year falls on February 19. Korean actors and K-pop stars are dressing up in traditional Korean garb (the hanbok) and wishing their fans the best for the new year. A bigger holiday than the solar new year- January 1- in South Korea, the lunar new year is a long, national holiday during which families gather to eat, play, and pay respects to their elders.
