Tasty and Woollim, who have recently headlined Korean news after Tasty announced that they will be going on a hiatus for activities in Korea and Woollim Entertainment claiming that their move is one-sided, are sinking further into conflict.
Tasty announced today through their Weibo account the release of their single in China on July 26, along with teaser photos. In response to this move by Tasty, Woollim stated to the media, “We’re shocked and dumbfounded.”
Previously, the Chinese duo Tasty (Daeryong and Soryong), who debuted in the K-pop scene under Woollim Entertainment, had announced that they will not be continuing their activities in Korea through a statement on their official Weibo. Woollim claimed this decision by Tasty was unilateral, which Tasty later refuted.
