Lee Jong Suk proves to be an actor in demand. Hot off the heels of receiving a casting offer for “Beautiful Mind,” the actor is reportedly considering a role in the upcoming film “One Line” (working title). The movie will center on a large scale insurance fraud crime.
The movie will be directed by Yang Kyung Mo and pre-production is in full swing after securing investors.
Unsurprisingly, the role the actor is in talks for is the lead role. His last movie was “Hot-Blooded Youth” in 2014 alongside Park Bo Young. He has definitely proved his popularity in his most recent dramas “I Can Hear Your Voice,” “Doctor Stranger,” and “Pinocchio.” Prior to “Hot-Blooded Youth,” the actor held his own amongst veteran actors Song Kang Ho and Lee Jung Jae in “The Face Reader.”
After securing its cast, “One Line” plans on starting filming later this year.
The actor’s agency WellmadeYedang has responded to reports of him confirming the film and stressed, “[He] is currently looking over ‘One Line.’ Nothing has been decided yet. This is the current situation.”
