The August 29 episode of “Infinity Challenge” continues the “Infinity Challenge Delivery” special.
In this episode, Park Myung Soo delivered kimchi and pies to a father and his son who live in Punta Arenas, Chile, as per a mother’s request.
Yoo Jae Suk delivered food to Kwon Sun Young, who was adopted at age four to live in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Towards the end of the episode, a teaser of Yoo Jae Suk and Haha visiting Hashima Island of Japan was shown. While Hashima Island is the symbol of the modern developments of Japan, there is a dark history behind it. Most people who used to work there were Koreans who were forced to work against their wills.
Haha was shown to be crying in the teaser, and Yoo Jae Suk apologized to someone, saying, “We were far too late. We are so sorry. We were really too late,” while bowing his head.
“Infinity Challenge Delivery” was conceived as part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Korean Independence from Japan; for the special, the cast members deliver warm Korean meals to various people who live abroad.
