Yoo Jae Suk has expressed his gratefulness to Jung Hyung Don and his hopes of working with him again in the future.
On its August 6 broadcast, MBC’s “Infinite Challenge” begins with an “Infinite News” segment where the members address the news of Jung Hyung Don officially leaving the show.
Yoo Jae Suk solemnly reports, “We’ve come forward like this because we have news to deliver.”
He states, “Jung Hyung Don went on hiatus from broadcasts due to health problems. He was arranging concrete plans to return after nine months. However, because of the mental pressure, it was reported that it will be difficult for him to return to ‘Infinite Challenge.’ We cannot help but be sad. We will wait for the day he will be healthy and be able to have fun and film with us once again.”
Park Myung Soo addresses the viewers and adds, “Thank you for worrying, but our crew and executives will work much harder to make the show more enjoyable.”
Yoo Jae Suk continues, “Many people are worried about the future of ‘Infinite Challenge,’ but there are many ways through this. We will work diligently every week,” assuring viewers of the commitment of the remaining members and the whole team behind the program.
Jung Joon Ha breaks the ice when he jokes, “I’ve been helping out here for 11 years, I guess I have to help even more,” to which Yoo Jae Suk comments, “We should at least give him a plaque of recognition.” Haha hilariously adds, “I didn’t know, I thought he was a member.”
Finally, Yoo Jae Suk delivers their bittersweet parting message to Jung Hyung Don and says, “We remember the 11 years you’ve spent with us. We hope that you get healthier soon. Thank you for everything. You’ve worked hard.”
