In a recent interview in China, former Super Junior member Hangeng expressed an interest in performing again with the group if the chance arose.
“When Super Junior celebrated their 10th anniversary last year, it crossed my mind that I should have stood on the stage with them,” he said. “If it had been possible, I would have liked to perform with them one more time.”
He added, “I wanted to make the anniversary meaningful to Super Junior fans over the past decade. Recently I went to Korea and communicated with leader Leeteuk and my former manager. However, for various reasons, my dream of standing on stage together did not come true.”
Hangeng was a member of Super Junior from 2005 to 2010 before he filed a contract lawsuit against SM Entertainment and left the group. He is currently active as a singer and actor in China.
