FTISLAND’s vocalist, actor, and all-around entertainer Lee Hong Ki will be stepping in as the new radio host of KBS Cool FM’s “Kiss the Radio,” filling the position left often by the departure of Super Junior’s Leeteuk.
“Kiss the Radio” has been “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio” since 2006 with members of the K-pop idol group hosting the show. Leeteuk, who had been the MC of the radio show for very long time, will be stepping down on October 2.
Lee Hong Ki is expected to start his new position with the October 17 broadcast. Between October 2 and October 17, guest hosts will lead the show. It has not been decided as of yet whether the show will be called “Lee Hong Ki’s Kiss the Radio” or something else.
