On September 30, 2PM recorded an appearance on KBS’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” to promote their latest comeback with “Promise.”
This was their first appearance on the show in about three years and the boys put on powerful performances, including making a human pyramid.
When Yoo Hee Yeol asked the 2PM members what they were most confident in, the members weren’t afraid to be honest. Wooyoung had confidence in his variety skills, while Jun.K talked about his experience releasing a solo album earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Chansung surprised Yoo Hee Yeol and the audience by saying, “Writing racy lyrics.” The other members explained that Chansung’s self-written track had been deemed unfit for broadcast by KBS.
The group also talked about their title track, which Taecyeon helped write and produce. They joked, “Nobody opposed [choosing Taecyeon’s song] but no one approved it either.” Jun.K added more seriously, “Of all the songs that Taecyeon has made so far, this one felt the most polished.”
The episode was broadcast on September 30 at 12:25 a.m. KST.
