KBS2’s Monday-Tuesday drama, “Hwarang,” has risen to first place in ratings.
On December 27, Nielsen Korea announced the results, which revealed that “Hwarang” garnered 13.1 percent ratings for its most recent episode. This is a 5.9 percent increase from the show’s previous episode, which garnered 7.2 percent ratings. The latest episode of “Hwarang” increased in tension as Moo Myung (played by Park Seo Joon) became more entangled with Aro (played by Go Ara) and Sam Maek Jong (played by Park Hyung Sik).
However, this week was a little different from previous weeks, as the 2016 SBS Gayo Daejun aired in place of “Romantic Doctor Kim.” Meanwhile, SBS’s Gayo Daejun brought in 6.9 percent ratings, while MBC’s “Night Light” received 4.4 percent ratings.
