As one of the several people to feature in VIXX member Ravi’s upcoming mini album, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa revealed how he came to work with the idol and his thoughts.

In a recent interview, Jung Yong Hwa explained that the rapper personally contacted him first, and that he readily agreed before even listening to the track.

The singer continued to compliment the song, “Home Alone,” and said that he especially liked the overall relatable theme and memorable lyrics.

“I didn’t know how meticulous Ravi was. I’ve watched him ever since he debuted, and…I’ve realized he’s very detailed and has improved a lot musically as well. I’m looking forward to see him continue to evolve,” Jung Yong Hwa stated.

In another video released on his group’s V Live channel, Ravi expressed his hopes that everyone would love this song, and said that he believes that Jung Yong Hwa’s voice added to the overall feel. He shyly grinned as Jung Yong Hwa added that it was a pleasant surprise to hear such a soft and acoustic-style track from Ravi, and that it was fun to work with him.

Meanwhile, “Home Alone” was released on January 4 ahead of the full mini album, R.EAL1ZE,” which will be available to the public on January 9. An album preview was also revealed, which you can check out here.
