Jin Goo Raves About His “Untouchable” Co-Stars

Jin Goo, who is currently playing Jang Jun Seo in the JTBC drama “Untouchable,” recently talked about being in his character’s position and how much he respects his co-stars.

The actor earned the title “Master of Eyes” for the emotional and charismatic looks he portrays in his eyes. He shared that he was grateful for the nickname and added, “If I was in Jang Jun Seo’s shoes, I would make the same decisions he did.”

Jin Goo couldn’t stop praising his co-stars as well. Concerning Kim Sung Kyun, the actor who plays his older brother Jang Ki Seo, he said, “In real life, we have a very affectionate relationship. We joke around and talk a lot as well. Rather than being in a drama where we’re in conflict with each other, I want to try acting in a comedy with him.

As for Jung Eun Ji, who has the role of rookie prosecutor Seo Yi Ra, Jin Goo showed concern for her busy schedule as both an actress and an idol. He said, “[Despite her busy schedule], she brings up the mood, so you can’t help but love her.” On the other hand, Jin Goo apologized to singer Tony Ahn, who had chosen Go Jun Hee as his ideal type, because he receives all her love in the drama.

Last but not least, Jin Goo showed reverence for veteran actor Park Geun Hyung, saying, “I have the desire to become like him.” Earlier, Park Geun Hyung had complimented Jin Goo about being perfect for Jang Jun Seo’s taciturn and considerate character. To that, Jin Goo responded, “It’s an honor, and I’m very thankful that I got to [act with him].”

“Untouchable” is an action drama that follows the different paths of two brothers. Jang Joon Seo will do anything to expose his family’s dark secrets and power following the death of his wife, while his older brother Jang Ki Seo is equally determined to protect those secrets in order to live. It airs every Friday and Saturday at 11 p.m. KST.
