K-pop idol groups are filled with extremely talented rappers, and the quality of the rap parts in their songs has been constantly on the rise in the last few years. Some of these amazing artists happen to be the youngest in their group and it’s amazing how these maknaes are able to deliver high-quality lit verses every time!

Take a look at our list and listen to these youngsters rapping their hearts out!

Lisa (BLACKPINK)

Her English lines will probably stick with us forever. How could we not like “brr-rambo” and “call me pretty and nasty”? This girl is full of youth and energy, and her rap skills are truly on point!

Listen to her best moments!

I.M (MONSTA X)

Being part of MONSTA X’s mindblowingly talented rap line, Changkyun knows how to win every girl’s heart with his exceptional rapping style.

Have you heard “WHO AM I”? If you haven’t, it’s time to give it a try!

Zelo (B.A.P)

The youngest (and tallest) member of B.A.P started rapping at a very young age, and he was only 15 when he debuted with his group. His talent was clear to see from the very start and he has even improved since then!

Here’s a small compilation of his rap parts from “Wake Me Up”:

Hwasa (MAMAMOO)

Hwasa really is a full package: she’s an outstandingly great vocalist, a powerful rapper, and her personality is lovable, too. She showed us how fierce she can be in HIGH4 20’s 2016 single, “Hook Ga.”

Dino (SEVENTEEN)

Although he belongs to the Performance Team, performing is not the only thing SEVENTEEN’s maknae excels at; he’s also a gifted rapper. Is there anything he can’t do?

Yezi (FIESTAR)

The shining star of both FIESTAR and “Unpretty Rapstar 2” made everyone her fan with her bold style and terrific solo songs. Make way for the queen!

P.O (Block B)

Block B’s youngest might be an adorable dork offstage, but he becomes a charismatic rapper the moment he steps on stage. Whether it’s with Block B, with their sub-unit BASTARZ, or his solo production, we just love his unique rapping style!

Wooseok (PENTAGON)

Another “giant maknae” on our list! PENTAGON only debuted last year but Wooseok has already become a real role model: Wanna One’s Lai Guan Lin really looks up to him and wants to be just like hm! No wonder, because Wooseok’s rapping flow and confidence is definitely something to admire.

Kyla (PRISTIN)

Debuting only this year, PRISTIN has already managed to snatch themselves tons of fans. The girls are full of talent and maknae Kyla is no exception. Listen to this pre-debut video of her and you’ll know why so many people love her!

Chani (SF9)

We could listen to Chani’s deep voice for hours and we can’t wait to hear more of his rapping on the next albums from SF9!

When she’s not studying or working, fanniberger spends her time obsessing over K-pop groups, binge watching dramas and variety shows and drinking way too much bubble tea. She has a tendency to fall for underrated and under-appreciated groups and it’s her goal to let the world know just how amazing these bands are. Say hi to her on Twitter and Instagram!
