HAON, VINXEN, and Chin Chilla from “High School Rapper 2” are well on their way to fulfilling their dreams as rappers!
HAON (Kim Ha On) may be joining Jay Park’s hip hop label H1ghr Music, which includes artists such as Groovy Room, Cha Cha Malone, and Sik-K. On April 22, a source from the agency said, “We are currently in discussion for his contract, but we have not officially signed an exclusive contract yet.”
HAON won first place in “High School Rapper 2” and is receiving offers from many agencies to join their labels. Many people are wondering which agency he’ll choose to be with in the end.
As for VINXEN (Lee Byung Jae), who won third place on the show, he will hold his concert and album activities under Romantic Factory. Park Joon Young, the head of Romantic Factory, commented, “Lee Byung Jae has been in our agency since before he appeared on the show. While preparing for an album, he appeared on ‘High School Rapper 2’.”
According to Park Joon Young, VINXEN had been a fan of Ovan, one of the artists under the agency. He expressed his admiration sent a sample of his music to Ovan via social media. After hearing his music, Park Joon Young confirmed Lee Byung Jae’s talents and brought him into the agency to further pursue his career.
Lee Byung Jae will be holding a joint concert with Ovan on May 13 and will also gift fans with his first EP album in the second week of May.
On April 23, Million Market revealed that they recently signed on Chin Chilla (Oh Dam Ryul). The agency, which houses artists including Suran, Penomeco, and Woo Tae Woon, commented, “We will provide full support for Oh Dam Ryul’s musical growth, and he will prepare his first release aimed for May.”
