JTBC’s upcoming Friday-Saturday drama “Sketch” has shared new stills of Lee Sun Bin showing off a new short hairstyle and getting into character.
“Sketch” will be an investigative action drama that follows the stories of people trying to change a future that lies ahead of them. An ace detective who lost the one he loves teams up with a female detective who can sketch out events that will happen 72 hours later to chase after a string of murder cases.
Lee Sung Bin will play the role of detective Yoo Shi Hyun. She has taken on a wide variety of characters before, such as a con artist in “Squad 38,” a top star in “Missing 9,” and the media representative of a criminal investigative team in “Criminal Minds.” However, this is the first time she will be playing a detective, and anticipation is high for the actress as she has an interesting filmography and isn’t afraid to take on new challenges.
Yoo Shi Hyun is someone who has the ability to sketch out things that will happen 72 hours into the future. Though she is scarred by childhood incidents that arose from her powers, she chose to become a detective to use her abilities to help as many people as possible. She tries to use her sketches to stop murders from happening, and she teams up with Kang Dong Soo (played by Rain) to solve cases.
The new stills show Lee Sun Bin at she investigates a situation, looking serious as she takes everything in. The production staff stated, “Lee Sun Bin’s sketches will play a key role in the drama. She will make a strong duo with Rain as they try to solve their cases.”
JTBC’s “Sketch” will be the follow-up drama of “Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food” and will begin airing in May.
