"Grand Prince" Characters Are Filled With Passion In New Posters

Upcoming TV Chosun drama “Grand Prince” has released their official posters.

The historical romance follows two princes, brothers who love the same woman. The elder will do everything in his power to attain the woman’s love, even if it means killing his brother. Based on a true story, the two princes vie for the woman’s love in a romance filled with passion and innocence.

Ahead of its premiere, the drama has released various posters with its main cast. The first poster is of the three main leads, Yoon Shi Yoon, Jin Se Yeon, and Joo Sang Wook. An elegant Jin Se Yeon takes the center with the handsome Yoon Shi Yoon standing to her right while a stoic Joo Sang Wook stands to her left. There is tension between the characters, as Yoon Shi Yoon embodies the sensitive yet charismatic prince Lee Hwi and Joo Sang Wook wears a wounded expression as he takes on the role of prince Lee Kang. The two are ready to go to war with each other as they fight for the love of Sung Ja Hyun (played by Jin Se Yeon).

Yoon Shi Yoon and Joo Sang Wook also have their own poster, with the poster reflecting the dark, intense nature of their relationship. Yoon Shi Yoon wears a look of fierce determination as he gazes off into the distance, while Joo Sang Wook exudes a dark charisma and ambition.

In the last released poster, the three main leads are joined by Yang Mi Kyung and Son Byung Ho. Yang Mi Kyung plays Queen Mother Shim, whose fate is tied to those of the main leads, while Son Byung Ho plays Prince Yang An.

The drama is penned by the writer Jo Hyun Kyung, who also wrote for the drama “Maids,” and directed by Kim Jung Min who also produced “The Princess’s Man” and “Gunman in Joseon.”

“Grand Prince” will air its first episode on March 3 at 10:50 p.m. KST.
