Shin Min Ah Buys 5.5 Billion Won Building In Seoul

Actress Shin Min Ah has bought a building near Yongsan District in Seoul.

On May 15, a news outlet revealed that Shin Min Ah bought an old building located between Samgakji station and Yongsan Garrison for approximately 5.5 billion won (approximately $5.1 million). The building is 342.1 square meters (approximately 3,682.3 feet) in size. It was traded at roughly 53.6 million won (approximately $49,800) per 3.3 square meters (approximately 35.5 square feet).

According to the report, the building Shin Min Ah bought is composed of houses already decades old. However, it was speculated that there may be a considerable development profit if she puts together all four lots to reconstruct the building.

Shin Min Ah is currently in talks for a mystery thriller movie titled “Diva.”
