Park Soo Ah (Lizzy) Shares Her Feelings On Starting Out With A New Name + Roles For The Future

Singer and actress Park Soo Ah (Lizzy) opened up about promoting with her new name.

On November 1, a press conference was held in Seoul for the new Oksusu Original web drama “I Picked Up A Celebrity On The Street.” Park Soo Ah was present and introduced herself as Park Soo Ah and Lizzy.

She greeted everyone by saying, “This is the first work I have participated in since promoting as Park Soo Ah and not Lizzy so it was a very meaningful production to me. I am honored to have worked with our amazing staff, director, and actors. Filming this drama was a blast and I was able to portray another one of my charming qualities so I hope everyone looks forward to it.”

Park Soo Ah went on to add, “I am well aware that I already have an established image in variety as Lizzy since I had been promoting under the name for about nine years. I was a bit worried about having to put away the career that I had been building up until now and starting out again as Park Soo Ah. I kept in mind the fact that I will be starting from scratch throughout the filming. So I started our filming with a light but strong heart.”

She continued on to say, “I have portrayed a lot of unusual characters before that fit my real personality so I did not have much difficulty portraying them. But this time I was a bit worried since I had to portray a hysterical character. It was awkward but I was able to relieve a lot of my stress through this character since she threw a lot of fits. Please ask my to portray more hysterical characters in the future.”

Park Soo Ah is currently starring as Sera, the girlfriend of Kang Joon Hyuk (Sung Hoon), in the web drama “I Picked Up A Celebrity On The Street.”
