U-KISS's Hoon And Kiseop Announce Military Enlistment Dates

U-KISS’s Hoon and Kiseop have officially announced their plans to enlist in the military.

On Feburary 1, U-KISS made an announcement regarding the two members’ enlistments through the group’s official fancafe.

Hoon recently received his acceptance letter from the Marine Corps and will soon be admitted to the Marine Corps training center in Pohang on March 18. Ki Seop was declared to serve as a public service worker due to the worsening condition of his preexisting herniated disk. He will undergo basic military training at Nonsan Army Training Center on March 21 and later be assigned to a position as a public service worker.

The group’s agency stated, “[They] will be enlisting in the military quietly without any special events. For the time being, Eli and Jun will be focusing on their individual activities.”

U-KISS made their debut in 2008 and promoted actively in both Korea and Japan. The group recently released their Christmas album entitled “Glory” in Japan and charted high on the Oricon charts.
