Red Velvet Talks About “Zimzalabim” Being Their Hardest Choreography Yet
In a recent interview and pictorial for Allure Korea magazine, Red Velvet shared their thoughts on their latest comeback and their impressive track record of summer hits.
The girl group, who will be gracing the cover of the magazine’s July issue, expressed excitement about their new mini album “The ReVe Festival: Day 1.” Joy remarked, “It’s an addictive album. I’m curious to see how people respond to it.”
When asked to name their favorite songs on the mini album, Wendy replied, I like the title track [‘Zimzalabim‘] best. It’s really new and different.”
Irene went on to share, “The choreography is our hardest yet. If my concentration falters, I end up missing a step.”
Red Velvet also spoke humbly about their reputation for releasing a smash hit every summer, with Yeri and Seulgi commenting, “We’re just enjoying the summertime, but we’re thankful that the public likes [our songs]. We want to set our sights on other seasons as well.”
However, they added, “By now, we also find ourselves looking forward to the summer together with our fans.”
